Policies

Pets

We discourage you from having pets on the property. However, arrangements for pets can be made prior to check-in. You must call to make these arrangements. There is a $50.00 fee for each pet. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

No Smoking

No smoking or vaping in rooms. You must be outside at least 25 feet from windows and doors to smoke You will be charged a $100.00 fee if in violation.

No Cooking in Rooms

No cooking in rooms except microwave use. You will be charged a $100.00 fee if in violation. Tables and benches available outside bring your own BBQ.

No Cleaning Fish in Rooms

No fish cleaning in rooms. You will be charged a $100.00 fee if in violation.

Damages

Guests are responsible for loss and/or damages. Damages may be charged to your credit card.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Limited Maid Service

Limited maid service is offered daily upon request. This includes fresh towels and amenities, and trash collection. More thorough cleaning is available upon request.

Payment

At the time reservation is made, you may either pay in full, or the first night’s room rental amount plus tax will be charged to your credit card as a deposit. If the deposit is paid, the remainder of the rental amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) notice, no deposit refunded. Full deposit is refunded if cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) in advance, less $20.00 per room processing fee.

No Shows

No shows will be charged the full amount of a one night stay.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaways are $20 each per night.
